Free trial and packages

Every new account starts with a 15-day free trial with every feature. The chip at the top of the register shows how many days you have left.

When it ends you can still open and view all your saved receipts. To keep making new ones, activate a package. Open Packages in the side menu to see them, then contact us and we will activate it for you.

Your account

• Account settings shows your account number (FAW-…), your name and your phone number. Tap the account number to copy it, and mention it when you contact us.
• Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password? and we send a one-time code to your phone.
• You can use the same account on more than one phone. Receipts, items and settings stay in sync.
• Delete account, in App settings, removes your shop and everything saved with it, for good. It cannot be undone.
