Delivery and shipping policy

1. What the service is

Fawaterna is an entirely digital service (a subscription to a mobile app). We do not sell any physical products, so there is no shipping or physical delivery of any goods.

2. How the service is delivered

• Once payment goes through, the plan is activated on your account automatically and immediately — usually within seconds, and no more than a few minutes.
• Confirmation appears on the website as soon as it completes, and you can use every feature of the app from that same moment.
• The plan runs from the moment of activation: 30 days for the monthly plan, 90 days for the three-month plan, 365 days for the yearly plan.
• When you renew the same plan before it ends, the new period is added to the time remaining — you lose no days.

3. If the plan is not activated

In the rare case where the amount is charged and the plan is not activated within an hour, contact us through the contact page and we will either activate it manually or refund the full amount within no more than 48 hours, in line with the refund policy.
