Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated: 20 July 2026
1. Try before you pay
Every new user gets a full 7-day free trial with every feature, so you can be sure the app suits your business before paying anything.
2. Cancellation
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically — each plan is paid once for its own period, and nothing is ever charged to you unless you make a new payment yourself.
- "Cancelling" is simply not renewing once the plan ends — there are no commitments and no extra fees.
- When a subscription ends, all your receipts and data stay saved and you can still look at them; only creating new receipts stops until you renew.
3. When you get a full refund
You are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid in these cases:
- The amount was charged and the plan was not activated on your account within an hour, and we were unable to activate it manually.
- You were charged twice by mistake for the same plan (the duplicate amount is refunded).
- A significant technical fault on our side prevents you from using the service, and we were unable to fix it within 7 days of you telling us about it.
4. Asking for a refund within 14 days
If you subscribed and the service was not right for you, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of the payment date, provided you have not actually used the service during the paid period (by actual use we mean creating new receipts after paying). After 14 days, or where the service has actually been used, the remaining period is not refunded.
5. How to ask for a refund
- Contact us through the contact page (phone or email), giving the mobile number or email your account is registered with and the date of the payment.
- We answer refund requests within 48 hours at the latest.
- Once approved, the amount is returned by the same payment method within 5 to 14 working days (depending on the bank or wallet provider).
