By using the Fawaterna app or website you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What the service is

Fawaterna is a digital subscription service that lets business owners create receipts and print them on thermal printers, and manage items, customers and debts and follow their sales, through the mobile app.

2. Account and registration

• Registration is with a valid mobile number or email address belonging to you, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter on your receipts (prices, items, business details).
• We may suspend any account used unlawfully or abusively.

3. Plans and payment

• Every new user gets a 7-day free trial with every feature.
• After the trial, creating new receipts requires a paid subscription (monthly / quarterly / yearly). Prices and their currency are stated plainly on the plans page.
• Payment is taken online through a licensed payment provider (Paymob), and subscriptions do not renew automatically.
• Plan prices may change in future, and no change applies to a subscription period already paid for.
• Refunds and cancellation are governed by the refund and cancellation policy.

4. Using the service

• The service is for lawful commercial use in issuing receipts for your business.
• Using the service for any unlawful activity, or to issue misleading or forged receipts, is prohibited.
• Attempting to breach the service or misuse it in a way that harms other users is prohibited.

5. Data and privacy

Your data is handled in line with the privacy policy. Your receipts and your customers' details belong to you, and we keep them only to provide the service to you.

6. Limits of liability

• We make every effort to keep the service available around the clock; even so, there may be short interruptions for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
• The app is a tool for issuing receipts — responsibility for your business's tax and legal obligations rests with you.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time, and any change will be published on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
